Barbara Payne

Spa Director

Barbara comes to the Esquire with 20 YEARS of administrative experience. As Spa
Director, Barbara is responsible for managing operations, growing service and
retail offerings at the Esquire. She also works in several other capacities such as
efficiently booking appointments for hair, nails, facials, massages and other salon and spa
services. She enjoys having contact with the clients whether it's on the phone or in person.
Barbara is an energetic, detail oriented, and motivated individual with outstanding customer
service qualifications. She has excellent communication skills and would be pleased to answer any
questions you may have about the services at Esquire Salon & Spa.

Barbara believes that enjoying your career is very important to a healthy life. She loves working
with talented service providers that are excited to help our clients relax and feel pampered.

Brittni McNett

Stylist/Color Specialist

Brittni has been a Stylist at Esquire Salon & Spa since 2006. She attends multiple classes per year to further her education and keep up with current styles in order to provide each client with superior customer service.

Being a curly girl herself, she specializes in curly hair cutting techniques as well as all other types of hair. If curly isn't your style, not to worry, she's experienced in all other textures of hair as well.
Brittni loves to do “total hair makeovers”. If you need someone unafraid to get you to your dream style, you’ve found the right person. She specializes in color of all sorts from rich mahoganies and chocolates, to bright sparkling blondes, then top it off with the cut and style you’ve been searching for.

Brittni is here to help you achieve the beautiful hair you’ve always dreamed of having. She can’t wait to get started and help create ‘the new you’.

Evan Dessler

Evan is highly motivated and ready to deliver the style you have been waiting for.  He will sit and help you discover the best look for your lifestyle, face and body frame.  Certified as a Hair Locs Hair Extensions Specialist, you can enjoy highlights with "no damage" to your hair or have long hair instantly.  Evan enjoys indoor and outdoor activities, working with people and electronics.  His fresh attitude and calming personality has set him apart from the rest.

Charline Joseph-Fulbright

Charline is an experienced and creative stylist who loves a challenge and keeps ahead of the trends. She loves her career in the hair industry, her favorite part is bringing out the best in her clients! Charline specializes in HAIR EXTENSIONS, cuts and color, formal updos, braids and relaxers. Outside the hair spectrum she enjoys spending time with her family & friends, dancing & traveling! Her future plans are to grow with the Esquire and further her education any chance she gets. Charline's beautiful smile and creativity will not only change the way you look on the outside, but will also leave you feeling warm and fuzzy on the inside.

Janice Yates is a well established professional cosmetologist of nine years. She has earned many prestigious awards, yet she is not content with past accomplishments. Extensions are the most versatile new trend in hair and playing a major role in the industry today. Is our delightful young blonde. But make no mistake; Amber can answer any question concerning the health of your nails or the operations of the salon and spa. Recently she was promoted from Reception to nail specialist and is anxious to build a clientele. She specializes in natural, artificial nail care and pedicures and has developed new services sure to promote health and relaxation during your next service. Amber is also certified in our exclusive vitamin enriched Perfect Sense Parraffin system and is prepared to show you how to maintain a healthier, younger look of your skin and nails in the spa or at home!

Jayme Heistand

Massage Therapist

Bright, energetic and a massage therapist for the Esquire, Jayme can make you hurt so good. She specializes in therapeutic, relaxation and hot stone massage, wraps and scrubs. Jayme enjoys her friends, family and church. You will also discover her other hidden talents in the salon area while assisting stylist with shampoos and work at the front desk. Future plans are to complete her associate degree with PCC.

Terry and Diane Yard

Terry and Diane met at Roffler Barber College in 1985 (picture shown) and for 15 years this husband and wife team has overseen the daily operations of Esquire Salon & Spa- a business that has been in the Yard family since 1963.  They have been married for 20 years and are the parents of two little girls.  

Terry and Diane love getting to know their customers and making the Esquire Salon & Spa a friendly, welcoming environment for all the salon and spa clients.
