• Our Salon/Spa is a place of peace and tranquility. Beepers and cell phones are
  permitted, but please silence them.
• In our Salon/Spa, for your peace of mind and that of our guest, please bring
  children only if they have an appointment.
• Gift Cards make the perfect gift! They are however, not redeemable for cash or
  credit, have a one year expiration date and are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
• 24 hour notice is required for all services. A fee of 50% of the original service
  price will be imposed without proper notification. Esquire will provide a
  complimentary 24 hr confirmation call upon request.
• A credit card number is required to reserve three or more Spa Services.
• We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DEBIT.
• We do not accept personal checks.
• Our chemical services are guaranteed only when professional products are used.  Please let us know within two weeks if you are not completely satisfied.
• Haircare products purchased for home use are guaranteed. If not 100% satisfied we will gladly exchange any hair care product. Money is not refunded on products.  Please work with our skin care specialists to ensure the products selected are ideal for you.
• Hours of operation do change during the holidays. We encourage you to schedule your holiday appointment early.
• Pricing for all services are determined by length and thickness of hair. Please ask for a quote prior to any service performed.
• A light refreshment is complimentary with all packages and lunch can be arranged for an additional $12.
• All packages include a 20% gratuity.
• Gratuities are not included to individual services.

• You will be asked to fill out a form when you first arrive.
• Best not to wear make-up but it can be removed during your service.
• Please remove jewelry and valuables and store away.
• Completely disrobing is recommended but not mandatory.  You will be covered for modesty at all times.  Under garments may be left on for your comfort.
• You will receive a terry cloth wrap and asked to remove your socks, shoes and
  clothing from the waist up after you enter the service room. Your facial service
  will include a massage to the décolleté', neck, arms and feet.
• Esquire has an array of music available. Let your therapist know if you have a certain preference that may help you reach your relaxation goal.
• Please arrive 15 min. prior to your appointment.
• After spa treatments feel free to unwind in our Oasis Louge.

• Wear loose clothing so that the technician can massage your arm up to the elbow.
• Please choose your polish while you are waiting for your service.
• Set out your cell phone, keys, and money. Paying ahead is always advised.
• Your technician will ask you to remove your jewelry. Please store these special
  items in a safe place as the Salon/Spa will not replace items that are lost or
  stolen.
• You may be asked to move after your service is complete but please stay until your nails are completely dry.

• Choose a polish while you are waiting for your service to begin.
• Remove all jewelry and store away.
• Inform the technician of any discomforts or sensitivity you may have on your feet or legs.
• Disposable sandals will be provided if you do not wear an open toed shoe.
